I would actually love to be on the HWLOA Board.
I am a Founder of The Farm, the Caravan and The Bus Family before that.
I am the current Secretary of The Tennessee Ancient Sites Conservancy with Adine Frohman in name only at this
point. No work involved.
I have been working in Nonprofits since 1989 with Kids To The Country with Mary Ellen Bowen Who taught me Writing
skills, fundraising, Nonprofit Management, etc and gave me a career that has carried me ever since.
I am the current Executive Director of MediationWorks, the Nashville VORP.
I’m currently responsible for researching the property tax exposure of HWLOA Members and I can start that tonight.
If I am accepted on the Board, I would like to focus on Forest Management and land sales to “Owls: Those Who Give
a Hoot ������
Because Caring People make good neighbors.
I’m not including a resume because they are outdated and l would rather put that time into researching tax exposure.
I also won’t be giving You references of Board Members Who may know me. Because Y’All know me already and
some stuff I’d like forgotten.
As another thing that I’d like to mention regarding something that have in common with A President Biden: Age
At 84, I have just raised $1,702in the last 3 weeks to help a Homeless Family until Government benefits can start. My
skills have increased because of urgency.
I have been collecting Owls ������ for over 30 Years. So far, this little Family has been kept safe and off the streets.
I have been learning that only hard work grows brain cells. Because of the stress of this campaign I am actually
smarter, healthier and happier. This campaign has been the most productive of my career because it all came from
small donations.
Tonight is a good time to research tax exposure because We just got Them a room for the night. And the pressure is
off for now.

Application for the Highland Woods Landowners Association Board of Directors
The Highland Woods Landowners Association (HWLA) Board of Directors considers applications for service on the HWLA Board after submission of an application and an in- person interview, which are usually held at the face-to-face meetings in the Summer or by Zoom. All Board members must be available for HWLA work at least five hours per month, including a conference call once a month with the whole Board and regular access to e-mail for review and response.

My duties were fundraising and outreach.

Yes. I serve as Secretary for Partners for Pediatric Vision.

PROFILE
I have worked in technology for more than 20 years and returned to school in 2009 to complete my BSIT in Networks Design and Management. I have a wide breadth of experience designing and building diverse solutions including Citrix (CCE-V/CCP-N), VMware (VCP6/cloud/Horizon View), Microsoft (MCITP), AWS (AWS-CSAA) and Cisco (CCNP).
